PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
As part of your navigation on our website, you may provide us with personal information by subscribing to our newsletters, or by completing our donation, membership, commitment or survey forms.
The processing by RHSF of this personal data, based on your consent, is established in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (GPDR) Numbr 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and the latest version of Law number 78-17 of 6 January 1978 known as the "Data Protection Act".
This processing is intended for the following purposes: management of memberships and donations, management and analysis of surveys, communication to our members, donors, and people registered for the newsletter who wish to get involved with RHSF and/or those who have completed our surveys.
The information you provide us is for the exclusive use of Human Resources Without Borders and will under no circumstances be transmitted to third parties, unless otherwise indicated on certain survey forms, with your authorization.
Your data is not:
sold or used for a purpose other than those mentioned above;
transferred to a third country of the European Union or an international organisation.
When subscribing to our newsletters, RHSF keeps the e-mail address until the person concerned unsubscribes (via the unsubscribe link in the newsletters).
In other cases, and unless expressly stated otherwise on a given form, the data is kept for 3 years. At the end of this period, it will be deleted or the name made anonymous and stored only for statistical purposes.
YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
In the context of the processing of your personal data, you have certain rights, stated below and derived from the DGPS that you can assert with the controller.
The right of access to your personal data undergoing processing (Article 15 of the DGPS)
The right to withdraw your consent at any time, without detriment to the processing carried out so far (Article 7 of the DGPS).
The right to rectify inaccurate data and to complete incomplete data (Article 16 of the DGPS)
The right to obtain the deletion of your data, in the cases provided for in Article 17 of the DGPS
The right to obtain a limitation on the processing of your data (Article 18 of the DGPS): by exercising this right, you will stop all or part of the processing of your personal data, except for their storage.
The right to the portability of your data (Article 20 of the DGPS): by exercising this right, you may request that the Region provide you with your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format in order to use them yourself or to entrust them to another processing organisation.
The right to file a complaint with the CNIL (article 13 of the RGPD).
